How I think
The right move starts with clear thinking.
I care about the math, but I do not believe real estate is only a math problem. Selling, buying, staying, investing, moving up, downsizing, or waiting all come with real life attached.
My job is to help you understand the numbers, the timing, and the tradeoffs without pushing you into a decision that does not make sense.
Sometimes the right answer is to move. Sometimes the right answer is to wait. I’m comfortable with either answer if it is the right one for you.
